The production area is over 35,000 sq.m. and despite the fact that a large variety of furniture is produced at the factory every day, many processes involve painstaking work. Thanks to the combination of automated processes and manual work, each product is unique and of high quality.
Here each product goes through three stages: tinting, priming and sanding. Furniture painting is carried out by a painting robot and is carefully controlled by our specialists. After that it is sent to the drying conveyor, manually sanded and enameled. 50-80 chairs pass through the paint workshop every day.
We see the beauty in nature and highlight the aesthetics of natural wood. While fulfilling an order, we pay attention to all the components - style, reliability, manufacturing process, and in particular, the quality of the solid wood we work with. The production is equipped with the latest woodworking equipment. Using it, we are able to perform most of the work, ranging from small fittings to highly artistic carvings. This allows us to produce both simple, laconic and elegant carved legs from solid beech and birch in big amounts, as well as exquisite decorative elements according to the individual orders of our customers.

The upholstery of each chair, armchair or sofa can be tailored from a wide range of warehouse fabrics (over 100 options) upon individual request. The tailors choose the cut of the fabric taking into account its characteristics: density, extensibility, durability. As a result, the hand-made cover is sent to the upholstered furniture workshop to cover the frame.
We pay special attention to the issue of packaging. Each product is securely protected by bubble wrap, and the legs of the products are additionally protected by foamed polyethylene. Each piece of furniture is placed in an individual box made of strong corrugated cardboard before being sent to our customers. Thus, we ensure the safety of each detail during transportation. We actively fight for the use of natural materials in our production, that is why we are looking for new ways of reducing the use of non-degradable materials, especially plastic.
When the product is ready, it is thoroughly checked for compliance with all production standards once again. For example, chairs are placed on a glass surface and are tested for stability. Only furniture that has passed all the stages of control is marked with the label “Alpina” and sent to our customers.

The product range is regularly updated with new designer models, which are carefully developed and undergo multi-stage testing in order to be strong enough and at the same time soft and of high-quality for our customers.
Our production is located in Siberia, that is the reason why we use only the highest quality environmentally friendly wood. The nature of Siberia is rich in beech and birch, which are distinguished by high strength and durability, thus we make solid wood chair legs from these particular wood species.
